As Coaches and advisors of your children, we want to let you know how much we appreciate
all of your effort and, support throughout this long successful season! without you, this program would not be where
it is today. We know that after years of running the team, NOBODY has BETTER
or LOUDER fans than us! You are and always will be a huge part of the "TITAN FAMILY".

2009 Awards Banquet
The banquet will be held on Saturday November 14th 2009 at the Pulaski Club in Dubois.
The start time will be 4pm. the cost to each family is $15.00.
We are asking for Players and Cheerleaders with thier last name begining with
A-K to bring a side dish and for the last name begining with L- Z, please bring a desert dish.
Just a reminder when preparing your dish, we are expecting 200 to 250 people on attending
our banquet this year. We are asking to have the provided form along with payment returned no later than Friday, October 16th.
so we can get an accurite account of those attending. Please make checks payable to Treasure Lake Youth football. In
addition, Please remit payment in a sealed envelope with your childs name on it to avoid confusion...
